Digestive System

I like the articles of Dr. Leo Galland, though I disagree with some of his dietary recommendations, especially the low meat recommendations. I found I did much better on a higher meat, higher fat diet. I don't think there is one type of diet that is right for everyone. I included his articles here, though, because overall I do think he has a lot of good points.

I also like much of what Dr. Elson Haas has to say. This article was a great find for me! It provided a very logical explanation of why I have B12, biotin and vitamin K deficiencies, plus dairy, yeast and mold allergies.

Science, when well digested, is nothing but good sense and reason.  Stanilaus I of Poland

Salicylates

Some of the features associated with connective tissue disorders are also linked to prolonged bleeding times and sensitivity to aspirin and/or other salicylates. But what causes the salicylate sensitivity? In my case, I think I was sensitive to salicylates because I was low in vitamin K. (Salicylates block the action of vitamin K.)

Also see vitamin K links.
